A great experience, created by Mia from Mias Ø, and we are so lucky that she has agreed to cook for us again.​

Friday evening there will be a nice pot of Dhal.

​Saturday morning there will be a delicious gourmet brunch, and in the evening there will be a delicious gourmet dinner. We want to support Mias initiative to reduce the amount of meat, and at dinner fish will be served in addition to delicious salads, bread and other things.

Menu

Brunch – Saturday at 11 a.m.
Yogurt with fresh strawberries, almonds & homemade crunch.
Scrambled eggs served with fresh, roasted, and pickled tomatoes & herbs.
Mini potato tarts with spinach & freshly grated nutmeg.
Tabbouleh with bulgur, garlic, cucumber & green peas.
Platters with plenty of the season's fresh fruits & vegetables.
Slow-fermented sourdough bread made with flour from Økomølleriet & butter.

Homemade muesli bar with apple & nuts to finish.

Festive Buffet – Saturday at 6 p.m.
Freshly caught fish baked with butter and herbs, served with new Funen asparagus & citrus gremolata.
Crushed potatoes with garlic, parmesan & sea salt flakes.
Spicy ratatouille with tomato, bell pepper & eggplant.
Fresh pasta tossed with a spicy carrot cream & toasted sesame.
Crisp salad with summer cabbage, tender greens, pickled apples & roses.
Mint dip made with full-fat Greek yogurt, lemon & plenty of fresh mint.
Slow-fermented sourdough bread and whipped herb butter.

Rum balls à la Mias Ø served with coffee.
