Registration

Registration opens on January 8th at 12 pm. A registration form will be available via a link on this page at that time. You may register until we announce on the website that registration has closed.

Please note that registration is not handled on a first-come, first-served basis. It may take up to three weeks before you receive a response.

You will receive an email, either confirming your participation along with payment details, or informing you that you have been placed on the waiting list.

Each person must complete and submit their own registration form. If you would like to register with a dance partner, please indicate the name in the appropriate field. We aim for a roughly equal gender balance.

Terms & Conditions

• Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.

• We do not disclose the reasons for acceptance or placement on the waiting list.

• If you register with a dance partner and both of you list each other, but your partner later cancels, we reserve the right to move you to the waiting list without refunding your participation fee.

• Once your participation is confirmed via email, you have 14 days to complete payment. If we do not receive your payment within this time, your spot may be given to someone else. 

• If you need to cancel, a 50% refund of the fee is available until April 15. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
